Fred Phelps and one of his many daughters were planning on taking their clown show on the road to the United Kingdom. They had planned on protesting outside a local production of The Laramie Project. Phelps has now been bared entry into the country. UK Border Agency and Home Secretary Jacqui Smith have banned Phelps from entering the UK, saying it opposed "extremism in all its forms".
